Hiking Big Bone Gardens

My aunt and uncle hiked with us at our neighbor’s beautiful Big Bone Gardens.
Standing by a cute lily pond, which is the smaller of two.
This is the larger lily pond. It was blooming when we visited. Quite a sight!
The pond lily flowers are pretty and immense, many the size of a basketball.
The tall exotic grasses almost swallow you alive.
The cabin at Big Bone Gardens was originally built in the 1840s and reconstructed here.
